- “Booking”: Signifies a booking of an At-home Service made by a Customer.
- “Account”: Represents a User’s personalized and dedicated digital space on the Platform.
- “Partner”: Represents a service provider, whether a company or self-employed, registered on the Platform, possessing the required skills for providing At-home Services.
- “Platform”: Signifies the contact platform operated by Evedale Property & Cleaning Services, accessible via the Website, the Application, and the Evedale Pro Application, facilitating the provision of services.
- “At-home Service”: Encompasses services provided at home by a Partner to a Customer, spanning areas like beauty, hair, massages, and other services offered on the Platform.
- “Prospects”: Denotes service providers in the areas related to At-home Services who may be subject to prospecting by Evedale Property & Cleaning Services.
- “Regulation”: Refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/279 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties.
- “Evedale Services”: Encompasses all services provided by Evedale Property & Cleaning Services to Users.
- “Website”: Represents the website located at www.evedale.co.uk, along with its sub-domains.
- “User” or “You”: Signifies a Customer or a Partner utilizing the Platform, or a Prospect if applicable.
- “Evedale” or “We/Us”: Represents Evedale Property & Cleaning Services, the data controller as per the Regulation.

Identity and Contact Information of the Data Controller For most cases of personal data processing on the Platform, Evedale Property & Cleaning Services is the data controller. In other cases, Users and Evedale share joint controller responsibilities, formalized in an agreement as per Article 26 of the GDPR.

Personal Data Collected Evedale collects personal data during the use of services, requiring the provision of personal data for the operation of services. Additionally, certain data may be collected without an Account or service use:
- Prospecting Data: Personal data related to Prospects collected from business directories.
- Cookies and Other Trackers: Browsing the Website or Applications may involve the use of cookies (refer to the cookie management policy).
Evedale directly or indirectly collects the following personal data:
3.1 Data about the Customers
- Identity data (title, name, surname, company name if applicable)
- Contact information (email address, postal address, phone number)
- Transaction data (bank card numbers for payment processing)

- Professional identity data (SIRET number, Kbis extract, intracommunity VAT number)

3.3 Data about Prospects
- Identity data (title, name, surname)
- Personal identity data (company name, RCS registration number, SIRET number)
- Contact information (address, email, phone)
- Operational data (interaction with Evedale employees, phone call transcriptions)
Recipients of Your Personal Data 4.1 Third-Party Companies: Evedale works with third-party companies for operating services. Personal data may be sent to them, and measures are in place to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Payment management is handled by Stripe, a payment services provider.
- Zoho’s software suite is used for managing relationships between Users and Prospects.
4.2 Partners: For some Customer data, Evedale sends personal data to Partners to fulfill Bookings. Evedale and Partners are considered joint controllers, and an agreement outlines responsibilities.
Data Retention Period for Your Personal Data Users’ data is processed throughout their relationship with Evedale. The retention period is set at 5 years after the relationship ends, considering legal, fiscal, and social obligations.
For Prospects, data is retained for three years from collection or the last contact made by the Prospect.
Security of Your Data Evedale has implemented technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
Your Rights In accordance with the Regulation, you have rights concerning your personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Exercise Your Rights The exercise of rights is subject to conditions imposed by the Regulation. You must prove your identity for each request, and responses will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
